  • During the time window scheduled, on the day of your appointment, a friendly, professional Design Consultant will arrive at your home or business to show you samples, allow you to match the samples with your existing décor, measure and give you a fully installed price to give your home a new look.

  • If you are ready he or she can even call the office to schedule a Quick installation. We only ask for a ten percent deposit to reserve the labor and materials for your entire job.
  • Depending on the materials chosen we may ship the materials in advance to acclimate or ship with our professional installers on the day of your job.
  • On the day of your installation, our experienced professional installers, will arrive at your home between eight and ten in the morning. We will ask for a second payment after delivering your new flooring materials to the job site.
  • Now that the installation is complete, the foreman will do a walk through with you so you can inspect the job. He will also ask you to fill out a 100% satisfaction survey.
